Today, I am in desperate need of some motivation. I have been tired and lazy for the last few days and I am getting so frustrated with myself. In order to jump start my body and get my mind back on track I started this morning with a few yoga poses and strengthening exercises. The first was a simple sun salutation which I find is best for the morning stretch and waking up the body. If you are unfamiliar with this sequence I am attaching a video with a thorough explanation. Concentrate on your breathing and don’t think too much about the rest of your day.
Next is an exercise best for the arms. It is supposed to be a better workout than dumbbells! Say what!? Toning my arms is definitely something I have needed to work on and I was so happy to stumble upon this video. I mean come on, if I am going to be wearing pretty dresses every week I need to look toned and muscular in them.
